Twins Expectant Mother Hilary Swank Shares A Unique Pregnancy Photo
Hillary Swank is not only getting ready for the holiday but also for motherhood. The 48-year-old Alaska Daily actress posted a rare pregnant photo to Instagram on Saturday, showing herself putting the finishing touches on her Christmas tree. Twins are on the way for the two-time Academy Award winner, who married Philip Schneider in 2018. The actress placed an ornament from her picture-perfect Christmas tree, which was lit by white lights while wearing a comfortable sweater, blank leggings, and fuzzy slippers. Her two canine companions, Rumi and Kai, joined her.
“All I want for Christmas is yoooouuus, ohhhhhhh baby(s),” Swank referenced the traditional Mariah Carey holiday song in the caption for the picture. She added two baby emojis to the end of the caption to indicate that she is expecting twins. Sharon Stone and Robin Tunney, who played Robin in The Craft, among others, left words in the comments section congratulating Swank on her happy holidays. I’m very excited for you to become a mother! Tunney penned. “Oh my God, the young ones in your womb are so lucky to have you!”
Swank revealed she was expecting twins in October during an interview on Good Morning America.
“I’m going to have two children instead of just one. It’s just unbelievable, “said the actress. “It’s wonderful to be able to discuss and share it.” Swank opened up about having children when appearing on Live with Kelly and Ryan. “What a blessing, really. It truly is a miracle. She remarked, “It’s unbelievable,” and said she was “feeling terrific right now.” She added that twins ran in both her family and that of her spouse. Swank admitted on the chat program that she had to get a little creative in the first months after learning she was expecting while filming her ABC series.
“My clothes started to run small, so I had to cut [my jeans] open the other day. I put a jacket on after that that wasn’t in continuity,” she continued. They arrived and declared, “That’s not in continuity. I replied, “Oh, I believe it to work.” “No, it doesn’t,” “Yes,” I reply. I’ll find a way to make it work. If you’re an executive producer, you can do anything, but this is strange, she says. Swank’s journey to parenting has taken an additional special turn because her twins are due on the same day as her late father’s birthday. In October, she made the revelation on The Drew Barrymore Show. Barrymore stated to Swank, “You just disclosed that your father lost away a year ago, and this miracle is happening. They are due on his birthday.” Swank responded.
